Lott Oil Presents 1st Check from NSU Pump

Proceeds from Lott Oil’s ‘Fuel Their Future’ pump presented to NSU Foundation

NATCHITOCHES – Executives from Shop A Lott parent company Lott Oil presented proceeds from the “Fuel Their Future” purple gas pump to the NSU Foundation.  This past May, the company announced that a portion of proceeds from Pump #1 at Shop A Lott/Chevron, 620 South Drive, Natchitoches, will support Northwestern State scholarships.  Lott Oil Director of Marketing Camille Lott said that the pump has since shown a 22-33 percent increase in sales over other pumps at the station, suggesting that customers intentionally purchase fuel from Pump #1 to support Northwestern.  The South Drive location at “the Y” is one of 14 Shop A Lott convenience stores in six parishes. Family-owned Lott Oil is a long-time partner to Northwestern State with a history of supporting NSU Athletics, the Foundation and other endeavors.  From left are NSU President James Genovese, Lott Oil President and Chief Executive Officer Buddy Lott, Camille Lott, Director of Wholesale Operations Michael Lott and Chief Operating Officer Mark Massia.
