Inaugural Luther Lott, Sr. Memorial Scholarship Recipient Graduates
We are proud to announce that the inaugural recipient of the Luther Lott, Sr. Memorial Scholarship, Dawson Howie, has graduated from Northwestern State University! Dawson graduated over the summer with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He is currently employed as the Assistant Manager at Republic Finance.
During his time at NSU, he was an active member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity and the Natchitoches community. While a full time student, he helped rebuild the Natchitoches Community Garden and participated in Reading on the River Community Event.
We’re excited to see Dawson thrive in his future endeavors and thankful for the opportunity to partner with Northwestern State University Alumni Association and Foundation!
